Suisse Voice is now Suisse Line

What changed

Suisse Voice is now Suisse Line. Only the product name and the web address changed: suisse-voice.ch became suisse-line.ch.

What stays the same

• Your login is unchanged — you still sign in at app.suisse-voice.ch. Please keep your bookmark as it is.
• Your phone numbers and voice agents continue to run without interruption.
• Your contracts, prices and invoices remain valid. Suisse IT GmbH remains your contracting party.
• API, webhooks and the embedded widget keep their existing addresses. Nothing needs to change in your integrations.
• Your contacts and support stay the same.
• Old links keep working — addresses on suisse-voice.ch redirect permanently to the matching page on suisse-line.ch.

Why the new name

«Suisse Line» describes more precisely what the platform does: it runs the phone line — the line between your callers and your business. It also fits more clearly into the Suisse product family.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything?

No. For existing customers nothing changes technically. Your login, phone numbers and integrations continue to work unchanged.

Does my login change?

No. The application stays available at app.suisse-voice.ch and your credentials remain valid.

Do my existing integrations keep working?

Yes. API endpoints, webhooks, widget embeds and hosted audio files keep their current addresses and continue to be served indefinitely.

Do prices or contracts change?

No. The name change has no effect on existing contracts, terms or open invoices.
