Which languages and dialects are supported?
Suisse Line speaks English, German, French and Italian – including Swiss German dialects (Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lucerne). Your customers can communicate in their native language.
How does billing work?
You can move up to a bigger plan at any time; the unused time of your current plan is credited immediately. Any remainder is offset against your next payments. A smaller plan applies from the next subscription period. You can cancel at any time: the plan runs until the end of the paid subscription period. The current period is not refunded. By credit card or TWINT directly in the portal. You receive a receipt showing VAT for every payment. With Enterprise, our team sends you the invoices by e-mail.
